Browse up to 24 products from one JD.com store, each with item ID, title, price, currency and availability. Pass the shop's numeric shop_id or its mall.jd.com link; the results do not prove the store's full inventory.

JD.com Shop lists the products of one JD store, given its shop_id. Each row carries the product's item_id, title, link, price and currency, main image and the store's name, ID and page link. It shows what a store sells and at what prices, so brands can audit authorized resellers, sellers can study a competitor's range, and analysts can follow a store's assortment and pricing over time.

shop_id is the numeric store ID, or the store page link https://mall.jd.com/index-<number>.html minus any query string or fragment; a product ID will not do. Every item_id is a numeric JD product ID that the other JD capabilities take without conversion. price comes without a currency symbol, so read it with currency, and keep shop_name and shop_url with the rows to label stores in reports.

Price $1.39 per 1,000 requests ($0.001389 per call). Failed calls and empty results are not charged. Synchronous. For slow jobs add "mode": "async" to the body, take the job_id and poll.

AI prompt

Paste this into your AI assistant. It already holds this endpoint's parameters, response fields and an example request, so the assistant can ask what you need and then write the scraper.

Please help me write a data collection script with the EveryInfra JD.com Shop endpoint (jd/shop).

Endpoint contract:
- Request: POST https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/social with the header Authorization: Bearer <API key>. Read the key from the EVERYINFRA_API_KEY environment variable and never hard-code it.
- In the request body, set platform to jd and action to shop, and put the parameters inside params.
- Required parameters:
  - shop_id: Identifies the shop used by the shop action. Pass a digit string or the canonical legacy URL https://mall.jd.com/index-<digits>.html without a query or fragment.
- Optional parameters:
  - limit: The most rows to return in this call, an integer from 1 to 24. The default applies when you leave it out, and a call can return fewer rows. Larger values return 422 before any charge. (default: 24)
- Returns a list of records. Main fields of each record: item_id (JD numeric product ID), url, title, price, currency, shop_id (JD numeric shop ID), shop_name (Public shop name), shop_url (Public JD shop page), image_url (Image URL: in search, product_detail, s…), available (Whether the item could be bought when i…).
- Example request body:
{
  "platform": "jd",
  "action": "shop",
  "params": {
    "shop_id": "1000004259"
  }
}
- Price: $1.39 per 1,000 requests; failed and empty results are not charged.
- For dozens or hundreds of targets, add "mode": "async" to the body: you get a job_id at once and poll GET https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/jobs/{job_id} for the result.
- On 422, fix the request using the suggested parameter names and allowed values in the error; on 429 or 503, wait for Retry-After and try again.

Before writing code, ask me which targets I need, how many, which fields, and what output format I want; then confirm the plan and the rough cost with me.

Response fields

Business data is in results. The table lists the fields a record can contain; values the platform does not show are never made up.

FieldMeaning
item_idJD numeric product ID. From search results you can pass it straight to detail, reviews, or price calls.
urlLink to the record on the platform.
titleTitle. null when the platform has no titles (for example text-only posts).
pricePrice as a number without a currency symbol; see currency.
currencyCurrency code of the price (for example CNY, USD). If price is present but currency is null, do not assume a currency.
shop_idJD numeric shop ID.
shop_namePublic shop name.
shop_urlPublic JD shop page.
image_urlImage URL: in search, product_detail, shop and skus it is the product's main (cover) image; in description_images it is the description image of that row (the full-size https image on JD's image host).
availableWhether the item could be bought when it was read (product_detail, product_price and shop rows); false when out of stock, null when the page did not say.
platformSource platform identifier, the same as platform in the request (for example xiaohongshu, tiktok).

FAQ

Where do I find a JD shop ID?

On the store's own page: in https://mall.jd.com/index-<number>.html, the number is the shop ID, and you can pass either the number or that link without a query string. Results from JD Search and Product details also carry a shop_id for the store selling each product.

Can I start from a product link?

Not directly, since shop_id takes a store ID and a product ID is not a valid value. Read the product with JD Product details first; the shop_id in that result names the store, and you can pass it here to list the rest of the store's range.

How do I check prices and availability for the listed products?

The rows carry price and currency as the store lists them. For the current price and whether a product can be bought right now, pass its item_id to JD Product price; for variants, stock state and the full product record, use JD Product details. Buyer feedback comes from JD Reviews.

Errors and billing

401
Missing or invalid key. Authentication runs before parameter checks, so unauthenticated requests never see the parameter schema.
422
Wrong parameter name or value. The error lists the parameters and allowed values this capability accepts and the closest match; it happens before any charge.
402
Insufficient balance. Top up first.
429
The account's per-minute request limit was reached (all of its API keys count together; a key's own lower limit applies first). Wait for Retry-After and try again; a rate package in the console raises the limit.
503
Could not complete right now. Any charge for the call goes back to your balance automatically, and the billing receipt in the response states the actual outcome, including when it is not yet known. Do not resend blindly.
200 empty
The request completed without data and is not charged (billing.reason = empty_result_refunded).

  • JD.com JSSDK: Separate SKU and Shop Targets ↗

    JD.com's redirect documentation uses `skuId` for a product-detail target and `shopId` for a shop-detail target. This supports keeping product and shop identifiers separate; it does not establish webpage collection rights, supported URL parsing, complete shop catalogs, or EveryInfra request behavior.
