What do the Zillow zip_search parameters mean?
List Zillow homes in one or more US ZIP codes, up to 200 per call, with price, status, beds, baths, square footage, Zestimate and listing broker. Combine for-sale, for-rent and sold filters with a price band or a days_on_zillow preset; with several ZIP codes, limit caps the total, not each ZIP.
zipRequired- A US ZIP code for
zip_search, preferably a five-character string so leading zeros are preserved. A comma- or whitespace-separated string and a ZIP-code array are also accepted. Multiple ZIP targets remain subject to the actual request-billing rules and are not a free batch. With several ZIP codes,limitcaps the total listings the call returns, not the count per ZIP code. days_on_zillowOptional- A

What can I retrieve with the Zillow API?
Set platform to zillow. The current catalog lists search, ZIP code search, property details, property details, and agents. These action names identify different Zillow objects or views; they are not interchangeable search modes.
Which input starts a Zillow `search` request?
A city, region, or ZIP-code location for search. In agents, it instead represents a US state abbreviation such as TX; it is not an agent-name query. Send it as keyword inside params.
Which fields can Zillow `search` return?
Its declared schema includes zpid, status, status_type, and price. A declared field can still be absent from an individual record, and every other action has its own field list.
Does every Zillow action return immediately?
Actions labeled asynchronous return a job ID you poll. Every other action can also run asynchronously: add "mode": "async" to the request body to receive a job ID immediately, useful for slow tasks or large limits. The current catalog contains sync delivery.
