Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms govern your use of EveryInfra (the “Service”). Please read these Terms before registering for or using the Service. By creating an account, obtaining an API key, or sending a request, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. EveryInfra is operated by YAOYAN GLOBAL TRADING LIMITED, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong (Company Registration No. 79721831). Registered address: Room A5, 7/F, Astoria Building, No. 34 Ashley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Business contact: sales@everyinfra.com.

1. Service description

The Service provides structured data through POST /api/v1/social; web and source search through POST /api/v1/search; CAPTCHA solving through POST /api/v1/captcha; one-time and rental phone-number workflows under /api/v1/sms/; transactional email and delivery events under /api/v1/email/; and proxy resources under /api/v1/proxy/. The OpenAPI document defines the current endpoints and parameters.
EveryInfra provides software infrastructure for data access and automation. We do not own, resell, or redistribute the underlying data. You are responsible for ensuring that retrieved data, submitted content, storage, and subsequent processing comply with applicable law and the terms that govern the relevant source or destination.

2. Accounts and balance

  • You must register with a valid email address, remain responsible for activity under your account, and protect every API key and credential issued to the account.
  • Self-service accounts do not include trial credit by default. The $1 trial credit is issued as a credit code, available through the official EveryInfra WeChat account, and is redeemed in the console under Balance & top-ups after signing up. It is added to the bonus balance, which is used before the paid balance. Trial credit redeemed after this update is valid for 24 hours after redemption, and any unused part expires automatically.
  • Wallet balances are denominated in USD and can be used across products. Platform data is listed at $0.56–$5.56 per 1,000 requests. Search, CAPTCHA solving, phone numbers, email, and proxies use the prices and units shown by their public catalogs and request responses. Authentication failures, parameter errors, failed delivery, and empty responses are not charged where the product contract specifies successful delivery.
  • Billing events vary by product: CAPTCHA solving is billed on successful delivery; one-time phone numbers are billed when a message is received; rentals reserve the order amount and release it if delivery fails; proxy orders are billed when credentials are issued; and email is billed per message accepted for delivery, with no delivery charge for scheduled messages canceled prior to sending.
  • Public catalogs list base prices. Your applicable prices, rate limits and allowances are determined by your current account status in the console and the server's quote. Check the final charge in the response and your billing records.

3. Billing and funding

The console shows the funding methods currently supported by EveryInfra. Every successful usage event is charged from the wallet according to the applicable catalog and account tier. EveryInfra does not directly collect card details.
Payment reversals, chargebacks, disputes, and account adjustments are handled under the applicable payment, product, and support rules. Historical payment and ledger records remain available for reconciliation. Product-specific automatic adjustments for failed delivery continue to follow the applicable product contract.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate applicable law; infringe privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights; bypass, interfere with, or attack EveryInfra systems; conduct harassment, discrimination, fraud, or other malicious activity; share an account or resell the Service without approval; or present the Service as an equivalent product owned and operated by you. Approved reseller activity is governed by Section 7. We may suspend or terminate an account when we identify abuse.

5. Rate limits and availability

API keys are subject to rate limits that may be adjusted to preserve fair use and service operation. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance, apply limits, or change a capability when necessary.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and its data are provided without express or implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid during the three months before the event giving rise to the dispute.

7. Resellers and downstream accounts

An approved reseller may create and manage downstream accounts, API keys, retail plans, prices, allowances, and rate limits. The reseller is responsible for its retail transactions and post-sale funds handling; EveryInfra bills the reseller for wholesale usage. Downstream call records, balances, and credentials are isolated by reseller, and one reseller may not access another reseller's or a direct EveryInfra customer's data.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may terminate the Service immediately for a material breach, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to sales@everyinfra.com or through the official EveryInfra WeChat account.
