What do the Toutiao profile parameters mean?
Pull up a Toutiao account's nickname, bio, avatar, profile link, and verification status with its description. user_id takes the account token, usually starting with MS4w, or a full profile URL, not a nickname or short numeric ID.
user_idRequired- Target user profile token or
secUid, typically starting withMS4w. A full Toutiao profile URL can also be passed in this field. It does not accept display nicknames or short numeric UIDs.

Search inside one Toutiao account's posts by keyword, returning matching articles and videos with text, reads or plays and engagement counts. Both user_id and keyword are required; it does not search for people or across the whole platform.
user_idRequired- Target user profile token or
secUid, typically starting withMS4w. A full Toutiao profile URL can also be passed in this field. It does not accept display nicknames or short numeric UIDs. keywordRequired- Search query string for searching posts specifically within the target profile specified by
user_idinprofile_search. It does not perform platform-wide Toutiao searches.

What can I retrieve with the Toutiao API?
Set platform to toutiao. The current catalog lists article details, profiles, posts by user, and profile search. These action names identify different Toutiao objects or views; they are not interchangeable search modes.
Which input starts a Toutiao `article` request?
Full URL to a specific article or video for the article action. In user-scoped actions where both url and user_id are supplied, url takes precedence to identify the profile page. Send it as url inside params.
Which fields can Toutiao `article` return?
Its declared schema includes type, title, text, and content_text. A declared field can still be absent from an individual record, and every other action has its own field list.
Does every Toutiao action return immediately?
Actions labeled asynchronous return a job ID you poll. Every other action can also run asynchronously: add "mode": "async" to the request body to receive a job ID immediately, useful for slow tasks or large limits. The current catalog contains sync delivery.
