What does each eBay action accept?

Each answer below pairs one callable action with its real inputs. Parameter meanings and allowed values are action-specific; a familiar name does not carry the same meaning across every platform.

Official sources are linked only to clarify the platform term beside them. They do not imply platform authorization or endorsement, and they do not add official-site features to the EveryInfra API contract.

keywordRequired
Search term for active listings in search actions, or ended/sold listings in sold actions. Asking prices in active listings should not be assumed to match final transaction amounts.
conditionOptional
Filters search results by item condition. Preserve capitalization and spaces: New, Used, Refurbished, or For parts or not working. This is an item-condition filter, not a positive or negative review filter.
countryOptional
A compatibility input for domain that also takes an eBay site domain such as ebay.com, not a country code such as US or DE. When both are present, domain takes precedence.
domainOptional
Selects the eBay site domain, such as ebay.com, ebay.de, or ebay.co.uk, without a scheme or path. It defaults to ebay.com and is used to build pages for search, store, and reviews.
max_priceOptional
Sets a numeric upper bound for item prices in search. Use it with min_price to define a range, and do not assume that shipping or taxes are included.
min_priceOptional
Sets a numeric lower bound for item prices. Filters active listing prices in search actions and ended/sold listing prices in sold actions. Currency is determined by the target marketplace site and listing data, not API billing.

eBay API questions

What can I retrieve with the eBay API?

Set platform to ebay. The current catalog lists search, store, reviews, and sold listings. These action names identify different eBay objects or views; they are not interchangeable search modes.

Which input starts a eBay `search` request?

Search term for active listings in search actions, or ended/sold listings in sold actions. Asking prices in active listings should not be assumed to match final transaction amounts. Send it as keyword inside params.

Which fields can eBay `search` return?

Its declared schema includes item_id, title, price, and price_text. A declared field can still be absent from an individual record, and every other action has its own field list.

Does every eBay action return immediately?

Actions labeled asynchronous return a job ID you poll. Every other action can also run asynchronously: add "mode": "async" to the request body to receive a job ID immediately, useful for slow tasks or large limits. The current catalog contains sync delivery.
