What does each Realtor action accept?

Each answer below pairs one callable action with its real inputs. Parameter meanings and allowed values are action-specific; a familiar name does not carry the same meaning across every platform.

Official sources are linked only to clarify the platform term beside them. They do not imply platform authorization or endorsement, and they do not add official-site features to the EveryInfra API contract.

What do the Realtor search parameters mean?

Find real estate agents on Realtor for a city and state in keyword, filtered by buyer or seller focus and minimum rating, with office, broker, license number and reviews. Listed details do not confirm the license is current or amount to a hiring recommendation.

keywordRequired
Specifies the search location for Realtor requests. For search, enter a city and state (e.g., Austin, TX) to find agents. For property_search, enter a 5-digit US ZIP code or a City, ST abbreviation. Arbitrary property descriptions are not accepted.
agent_typeOptional
Specifies the agent type for search. Allowed values are both (includes buyer and seller agents, default), buyer (buyer agents only), and seller (seller agents only). This parameter does not represent property listing status.
Allowed values:bothbuyerseller
Realtor: Differences Between Buyer's and Seller's Agents — Realtor agent search categorizes agents as Buy, Sell, and Both, explaining that buyer's agents and listing seller's agents fulfill different roles. This clarifies practitioner categories and does not indicate that EveryInfra provides brokerage representation services. · Checked
min_ratingOptional
Filters agents by minimum rating for search. Pass a string array, such as ["4"]. Allowed values are 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, where 0 disables filtering. This parameter filters agent ratings, not property ratings.

What do the Realtor property_search parameters mean?

Search Realtor home listings by US ZIP code or City, ST in keyword, with filters for price, bedrooms, bathrooms, listing status and sort order. List price, sold price and their dates are separate fields, and a result does not confirm the home is still available.

keywordRequired
Specifies the search location for Realtor requests. For search, enter a city and state (e.g., Austin, TX) to find agents. For property_search, enter a 5-digit US ZIP code or a City, ST abbreviation. Arbitrary property descriptions are not accepted.
baths_minOptional
Sets the minimum number of bathrooms. The value is used as an integer, so it cannot preserve a half-bath value such as 1.5.
beds_minOptional
Sets the minimum number of bedrooms as an integer. It is not the total number of rooms in the property.
cityOptional
Overrides the city name for property_search. Do not pass a conflicting city when searching by ZIP code to avoid generating contradictory location conditions.
max_priceOptional
Specifies the maximum listing price for the standard input and takes precedence over price_max in the same request. Interpret prices separately for sale and rental listings.
min_priceOptional
Specifies the minimum listing price for the standard input and takes precedence over price_min in the same request. This parameter filters property prices, not agent service fees.
sortOptional
Listing order for property_search, always descending: newest (latest listings first, the default), price_desc (list price), sold_price_desc (sold price), recently_sold, bedrooms_desc, lot_size_desc, photo_count_desc, or recently_updated. There is no ascending option, so listings cannot be sorted from the lowest price up.
Allowed values:bedrooms_desclot_size_descnewestphoto_count_descprice_descrecently_soldrecently_updatedsold_price_desc
statusOptional
One listing status for property_search, sent as a string; defaults to for_sale. Known values are sold, for_rent, ready_to_build, off_market, other, and new_community. The value is not checked against a fixed list, so other strings are not rejected. Send a single status, not an array.

What do the Realtor property_detail parameters mean?

Get one Realtor property's status, list and sold prices, sale date, beds, baths, interior square footage and year built from its detail URL, property ID or address. It does not replace an inspection, appraisal or title check.

Full API reference: parameters, code samples, response example and health →
urlRequired
Specifies the Realtor detail URL for property_detail, which should contain a _M<digits>-<digits> suffix to extract the property_id. You may also pass a property ID or full address in this field. Other URLs lacking an extractable ID are not guaranteed to resolve.

Realtor API questions

What can I retrieve with the Realtor API?

Set platform to realtor. The current catalog lists search, property search, and property details. These action names identify different Realtor objects or views; they are not interchangeable search modes.

Which input starts a Realtor `search` request?

Specifies the search location for Realtor requests. For search, enter a city and state (e.g., Austin, TX) to find agents. For property_search, enter a 5-digit US ZIP code or a City, ST abbreviation. Arbitrary property descriptions are not accepted. Send it as keyword inside params.

Which fields can Realtor `search` return?

Its declared schema includes name, title, text, and office_name. A declared field can still be absent from an individual record, and every other action has its own field list.

Does every Realtor action return immediately?

Actions labeled asynchronous return a job ID you poll. Every other action can also run asynchronously: add "mode": "async" to the request body to receive a job ID immediately, useful for slow tasks or large limits. The current catalog contains sync delivery.
