Pull a Twitch channel's profile, Partner or Affiliate status, live stream details and last broadcast, with recent videos and top clips by default. Set include_videos or include_clips to the boolean false to drop those sections; revenue, subscriber names and private analytics are not exposed.
Twitch Details reads one channel by username and returns its profile (display name, bio, avatar, banner, followers, creation date), whether it is a Partner or Affiliate, whether it is live with the current title, game, viewer count and start time, and the title, game and time of its last broadcast. By default it also adds recent videos and top clips. Sponsors, agencies and esports teams use it to vet streamers, check that a channel is still active, and compare channels before a deal.
Live fields describe the moment of the call; last_broadcast_at is the field that tells an active streamer from one who has stopped. Set include_videos or include_clips to the boolean false to leave those parts out, never the string 'false'. The clips added here cover a different time window from the Twitch Clips capability, which lets you choose the period.
Price $1.39 per 1,000 requests ($0.001389 per call). Failed calls and empty results are not charged. Synchronous. For slow jobs add "mode": "async" to the body, take the job_id and poll.
AI prompt
Paste this into your AI assistant. It already holds this endpoint's parameters, response fields and an example request, so the assistant can ask what you need and then write the scraper.
Please help me write a data collection script with the EveryInfra Twitch Details endpoint (twitch/profile).
Endpoint contract:
- Request: POST https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/social with the header Authorization: Bearer <API key>. Read the key from the EVERYINFRA_API_KEY environment variable and never hard-code it.
- In the request body, set platform to twitch and action to profile, and put the parameters inside params.
- Required parameters:
- username: Twitch channel login short name for profile or clips, optionally prefixed with @, without parsing full twitch.tv URLs.
- Optional parameters:
- include_clips: Boolean value defaulting to true indicating whether the profile response includes curated clip information. Its time window differs from the standalone clips endpoint.
- include_videos: Boolean value defaulting to true indicating whether the profile response includes recent video archive information. Set to false to omit this section; do not pass the string "false".
- Returns one object. Main fields: user_id, username, display_name, bio, url, avatar_url, banner_url, follower_count, is_partner, is_affiliate, is_live, current_viewers; 21 fields in total, full list at https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/social/catalog?platform=twitch.
- Example request body:
{
"platform": "twitch",
"action": "profile",
"params": {
"username": "shroud"
}
}
- Price: $1.39 per 1,000 requests; failed and empty results are not charged.
- For dozens or hundreds of targets, add "mode": "async" to the body: you get a job_id at once and poll GET https://api.everyinfra.com/api/v1/jobs/{job_id} for the result.
- On 422, fix the request using the suggested parameter names and allowed values in the error; on 429 or 503, wait for Retry-After and try again.
Before writing code, ask me which targets I need, how many, which fields, and what output format I want; then confirm the plan and the rough cost with me.Request parameters

Response example
Captured September 26, 2026 at 08:56 (UTC) by calling this API with the parameters in the code sample above. results and count are that call's real response with personal information (names, handles, avatars, profile links, contact details) removed. id, billing and quota differ on every call, so only their shape is shown.

display_name | Display name; can differ from username. |
bio | Profile bio written by the account; may contain line breaks and emoji. |
url | Link to the record on the platform. |
avatar_url | Avatar image link. Some platforms return sized CDN links that can expire. |
banner_url | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
follower_count | Followers. null means not disclosed, not 0. |
is_partner | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
is_affiliate | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
is_live | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
current_viewers | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
stream_title | Keeps the platform's own meaning |

stream_started_at | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
last_broadcast_title | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
last_broadcast_game | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
last_broadcast_at | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
created_at | Creation time, same format as posted_at. |
recent_videos | Recently published videos, each with its title, link, view count, duration and so on; absent when there are none. |
top_clips | Keeps the platform's own meaning |
platform | Source platform identifier, the same as platform in the request (for example xiaohongshu, tiktok). |
FAQ
What do I pass as username?
The channel's login name, as in twitch.tv/shroud, with or without a leading @. Full twitch.tv links are not parsed, so pass only the name. The name shown on the channel can differ from the login: username holds the login and display_name the shown name.
What is the difference between Partner and Affiliate?
Both are Twitch monetization tiers. is_affiliate marks the entry tier, and is_partner marks Twitch Partner, the highest tier, one step above Affiliate. The tier is a quick signal of how established a channel is before you discuss a sponsorship.
How do I tell whether a streamer is still active?
Read last_broadcast_at, when the most recent stream started, together with last_broadcast_title and last_broadcast_game. is_live, current_viewers and stream_title only describe the moment of the call, so a channel that is offline now may still stream regularly.
Errors and billing
- 401
- Missing or invalid key. Authentication runs before parameter checks, so unauthenticated requests never see the parameter schema.
- 422
- Wrong parameter name or value. The error lists the parameters and allowed values this capability accepts and the closest match; it happens before any charge.
- 402
- Insufficient balance. Top up first.
- 429
- The account's per-minute request limit was reached (all of its API keys count together; a key's own lower limit applies first). Wait for Retry-After and try again; a rate package in the console raises the limit.
- 503
- Could not complete right now. Any charge for the call goes back to your balance automatically, and the billing receipt in the response states the actual outcome, including when it is not yet known. Do not resend blindly.
- 200 empty
- The request completed without data and is not charged (billing.reason = empty_result_refunded).
Official references
Used only to check objects and terms. They do not imply authorization or endorsement of EveryInfra by the platform.
- Twitch: Login Names, Display Names, and Broadcaster Types ↗
Official Twitch documentation separately defines login, display_name, and broadcaster_type. Here, username should use the channel short name and not treat the display name or Partner/Affiliate type as a login credential; other parameters supported by official user queries are not automatically added to this API.
